As a physiotherapy student and swimming instructor, he combines his passion for sport with knowledge of the human body. She believes that movement is the key to health, and Pilates is an excellent tool for strengthening the body, improving stabilization and increasing awareness of one’s own movement. During classes, he focuses on precision, individual approach and safety, helping others build fitness, strength and better well-being every day.

Fighting, traveling, adrenaline – these are my elements!
I am Bartosz, a combat sports competitor who believes that strength lies in harmony. Our power depends on the weakest link, which is why I constantly develop my weaknesses to strengthen the whole.
For me, Pilates is not just a workout, it is an art of control – of body and mind. It helps achieve balance, builds strength, endurance and gives an advantage in combat sports, but also in life!
